Army soldiers are surveying the area near the Erez Crossing after a volley of shots were fired the air. Initial reports indicated that Hamas terrorists fired but were not aiming at IDF soldiers.

Gaza residents, including Fatah members, have been tying to flee Gaza. All crossings have been closed, but Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann said Monday that Israel should allow those who are not terrorists or Hamas activists to flee.
