Six IDF soldiers were treated for shock after Hamas terrorists in Gaza fired five mortar shells at the Erez Crossing midday on Sunday.
The attack at Erez, the main pedestrian crossing between Gaza and Israel, left four other soldiers with shrapnel wounds.
A Kassam rocket was also fired from Gaza at the western Negev, landing on a greenhouse at Kibbutz Netiv Ha’asara. No injuries were reported in that attack.
