Israeli Defense Minister Amir Peretz has ordered the army to provide humanitarian aid to Arabs affected by the raw sewage flood in Northern Gaza.



Peretz has instructed the IDF to transfer those injured to Israeli hospitals. This is the first time Israeli troops are entering Gaza in several weeks.
