Israel and the Palestinian Authority will step up their talks, according to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who met with reporters in Jerusalem Tuesday morning.
Rice said Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and PA Chairman and Fatah leader Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) will meet bi-weekly as part of the effort to “develop a political horizon” that will lead to the establishment of a PA state.
