National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, during Sunday's cabinet meeting, attacked the theory that there is a difference between non-combatants and terrorists in Gaza.

Minister Miri Regev opened the discussion on the matter and claimed: "We need to work on public diplomacy. If Roger Waters wrote hate speech, we automatically need to put parts of the video that we are showing to the world on his wall. We need to show the amount of hate there is against us. Their evil."

Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter added: "I'm constantly hearing you say 'Hamas terrorists, Hamas terrorists.' What about their accomplices?"

Prime Minister Netanyahu answered Dichter: "We differentiate between the civilian population and terrorists. The terrorists first harm the population and then the soldiers. We do the opposite. We want to provide the population with complete areas to build tents and hospitals and give humanitarian aid. It gives us strength."

Justice Minister Yariv Levin backed up the Prime Minister: "We need this differentiation between non-combatants and combatants. We are making a tremendous effort not to harm civilians."

Minister Ben-Gvir attacked Netanyahu and Levin: "You are constantly talking about non-combatants, but I want it to be clear: the old man who ran with his cane to abuse civilians, he's a non-combatant? He's a terrorist! He is a combatant. Those who give out candy and encourage murder are combatants. Those who came to loot, they are combatants - terrorists."

"Prime Minister Netanyahu responded to Ben-Gvir: "We won't kill hundreds of thousands, we will differentiate between terrorists and civilians."

Ben-Gvir responded: "Let's not be confused and think that there are terrorists who are non-combatants. Anyone who was involved must die."
