Former US President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in New Hampshire and addressed the war between Israel and Hamas.

"On the terrible morning of October 7, the world saw the battle between Israel and Hamas once again. It's not a battle between two equal sides, it's a battle between good and bad, it's a battle between civilization and savages," he commented.

Trump echoed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statement at a press conference earlier Saturday evening that Iran backed Hamas's activities: "Every single life that is lost in this conflict is on the shoulders of Hamas—Hamas alone. And I really think you have to add in the word 'Iran.' Iran. Iran is responsible for the attack by Hamas, but no one wants to talk about it. People don't want to talk about it. There can be no sympathy, no excuses, and no escape from these monsters, and we will do what has to be done."

Trump promised to expel supporters of Hamas from the United States of America, saying: "All those who joined the jihadist rallies, come 2025, we will find you and we will deport you."

Trump also warned against Hamas harming US citizens: "If you try to kill our citizens, we will kill you. If you spill a drop of American blood, we will spill a gallon of yours." The warning comes against the background of claims by Israel that the hostages taken in the Hamas invasion included US citizens, and the growing US military presence being moved to the Middle East.
