In a devastating turn of events, the Ferber family is confronting an unimaginable reality: two of their sons are simultaneously fighting cancer. In just the span of two months, the family's life has turned into a heart-wrenching battle for survival.
Bassi Ferber, the family's matriarch, shared their heartbreaking journey publicly in a plea for assistance:
“A month ago, our hearts were destroyed to watch our son Akiva suddenly diagnosed and struggling through the heartbreaking pain of fighting cancer. Then, just when we didn’t think things could get any worse, they did – to our utter horror, our younger son, Tzviki, was also diagnosed…..Every day, we are watching our two only sons slipping further away. We have none of the resources needed to cover the cost of their medical treatments and I had to stop working to be there for both of them. Please, we need your help….”
