A 16-year-old Palestinian Arab stabbed a man in Bnei Brak in a terrorist attack Monday evening.
Police forces are at the scene and an investigation has been launched into the attack.
The 28-year-old stabbing victim has been taken to the hospital in light condition.
United Hatzalah medic Menachem Salbotitsky said: "I gave [the victim] first aid and he was sent to Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center. He continued to receive medical treatment while in the ambulance. This is a 28-year-old man whose condition is currently light."
The attack in Bnei Brak comes as the IDF is engaged in a military operation to cripple terrorist infrastructure in Jenin. Three explosives-manufacturing facilities were found during the operation. In addition, a large cache of weapons and explosives was found inside a mosque in Jenin.
