Israel will mark its 75th Independence Day with its traditional flyover, ceremony honoring outstanding soldiers, International Youth Bible Contest, and the Israel Prize ceremony.
Parallel to the flyover, which will take place Wednesday morning and early afternoon, there will also be a flotilla including dozens off naval vessels making their way from the South Acadia Beach in Herzliya to Charles Clore Beach in Tel Aviv.
The flotilla will set off at 9:30a.m. from the Herzliya Marina, pass the Apollonia tourist sites, and Sidna Ali Mosque, and continue from there towards the beaches of Tel Aviv.
At 9:30a.m. the ceremony for outstanding soldiers will begin at the President's Residence, and will be broadcast live.
At 11:00a.m., the International Youth Bible Contest will begin, and at 6:30p.m. the Israel Prize ceremony will begin.
