When President Joe Biden talks about a Palestinian Arab State upon his arrival in Israel and when his staff has been told in advance that their visit is meant to "jump-start political developments with the Palestinians," we victims of terror remember the following number -1409 – because that is the number that must be placed in front of Biden and his entourage.

-It is the answer presented by Israel's citizens as the contra to those suggestions.

-It is the number of Israeli citizens murdered since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority as a result of the tragic Oslo Accords.

-It is double, 200%, in comparison to the number of victims in the same number of years, the period before Israel handed the control of Judea and Samaria over to what are nothing less than terror organizations – the PLO and its underlings, Fatah and its cohorts.

And this number does not include the IDF soldiers who paid with their young lives in Gaza operations such as Cast Lead and Pillar of Defense or during ongoing security activities because of the "March of Folly" that began with the Oslo Agreements.

Someone in the political echelons has to tell President Biden that there is no one with whom to do business. We tried that with the heads of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the PLO and the mediators of the Oslo Accords, and in ceremonies on the White House lawn promising 'No more Terror."

Because when you get down to it, in the end that is the only thing they know – terror. In the intifada, the first to shoot at our soldiers and across the boundaries set in the Oslo Accords were Palestinian Authority police officers. They used the weapons we had given them to fight terror in order to try to kill our people.

Today, as well, the PA is an organization that provides ongoing financial support for terrorists and their families. It encourages incitement on its radio and tv stations and in its schools. Terrorists are admired and held up as models. Mahmoud Abbas participates in ceremonies held in honor of terrorists who have been freed from prison. His police force ignores Arabs carrying weapons. Had the IDF and ISA not entered Area A since the IDF Pillar of Defense Operation, terror organizations would have overrun the region.

When Biden arrives with suggestions such as giving the Palestinian Arabs more of Area C as "security zones" or allowing the PA-PLO a hand in running eastern Jerusalem, we must refuse - categorically.

His planned visit to eastern Jerusalem unaccompanied by Israelis and masquerading as "a visit to a Palestinian Arab hospital" located between Mount Scopus and the Mount of Olives, is a gimmick. Not just a public relations gimmick, but a political one.

And it is a shot in the arm for the Arab hooligans who go wild every night in eastern Jerusalem, a kind of permit telling them that the government is on their side, a return to the Arabic expression 'Al d'oula imana' which means exactly that. It was used by the Arab murderers in the 1929 Hebron Massacre of defenseless Jews to describe British apathy, if not encouragement.

We victims of terror will set up hasbara meetings with foreign media but it is of equal importance that Israeli political echelons explain the issue to President Biden and his advisers.

We should be concentrating on the Abraham Accords and refrain from initiating any political steps with the Palestinian Authority

We need to tell President Biden that the experiment has failed and that "enough is enough."
