Elor Azariya, who was convicted for killing a terrorist who some claimed to have already been neutralized, married his girlfriend Shaked Asher on Monday night.

The couple celebrated their engagement earlier this year, at the foot of the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron.

The wedding took place in Kiryat Ekron in central Israel, and was attended by relatives, right-wing activists, and Knesset members who came to bless and support to the groom.

Among the guests were Otzma Yehudit chair MK Itamar Ben Gvir, activist Bentzi Gopstein, former MK Michael Ben-Ari, activists Baruch Marzel and Ran Karmi Buzgalo, and singer Ariel Zilber.

Azariya was convicted of manslaughter in January 2017 for the shooting death of a wounded Arab terrorist shortly after an attack in Hebron that left one soldier wounded during the Purim holiday in March, 2016.
