A 65-year-old woman from the south of the country has been arrested in connection with threatening letters sent to the family of the Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett.

Two letters were sent that included death threats if the premier did not resign, and the enclosures contained bullets.

The investigation is being conducted by the National Unit for Investigation of Serious & International Crime within the Lahav 433 unit.
