Turmeric Latte

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cube Dorot Gardens Crushed Turmeric
  • 1 cube Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
  • pinch of black pepper (Note: a bit of black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric)

Prepare the Turmeric Latte:

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over a low flame, stirring occasionally.

Strain into cup of choice and top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
