- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cube Dorot Gardens Crushed Turmeric
- 1 cube Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of black pepper (Note: a bit of black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric)
Prepare the Turmeric Latte:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over a low flame, stirring occasionally.
Strain into cup of choice and top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
