  • 1 (17.6-ounce) packageGefen Organic Beets, julienne or cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dill, finely chopped
  • 1 small purple onion, cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste

Prepare the Creamy Beets and Dill

Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl until completely combined.

Put the beets, dill and purple onion in the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.

Cover and put in the refrigerator for three hours or overnight.
