No-Bake Velvety Cheesecake with White YOLOTnuva

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 6 ounces vanilla wafers, crushed finely
  • 3.5 ounces Tnuva Unsalted Butter, melted

Cheese-YOLO filling:

  • 2 8-ounce containers heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, (5% or 9% fat)
  • 2 containers YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine White Chocolate

Topping:

  • 2 containers YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine White Chocolate

Instructions:

1. Combine the crushed wafers with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a 10″ springform pan.

2. Beat the heavy cream with the instant pudding. Fold the Quark cheese and the YOLO into the cream until smooth. Pour the filling over the crust and put in the fridge overnight until set.

3. Frost with 2 containers YOLO and put in the fridge. Serve chilled.
