1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

 1/2 cup vegetable oil

 1 large egg, at room temperature

1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract

 1 cup coarsely chopped frozen cranberries (or blueberries or chopped pecans)

 2 tablespoons flax seed

Topping

 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

 1 tablespoon flax seeds
