Civil Administration officials on Tuesday demolished structures in the Maoz Esther neighborhood near the community of Kochav Hashachar in the Binyamin region.
Dozens of Border Policemen arrived to repel demonstrators from trying to disrupt the demolition.
Some 30 youths have been arrested. A lawyer from the Honenu organization is assisting the detainees.
The neighborhood has been repeatedly destroyed since its founding in 2007 in memory of Esther Galia, who was shot and killed by terrorists on her way home to Kochav Hashachar. Each time, residents return and rebuild, undeterred.
