MKs from both the coalition and the opposition expressed great satisfaction with the exposure of Iran's nuclear archives in Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's speech Monday night.

Cobstruction Minister Yoav Galant wrote in his Twitter account, "Iran understands today - their lie has been exposed."

"Congratulations to the intelligence community for an impressive achievement, and much appreciation to the Prime Minister for his courage and determination. Iran is the source of terror in the world - a nuclear Iran is a clear and immediate danger to the peace of the world and especially to Israel," Galant wrote

Culture Minister Miri Regev added, "A kernel of truth was revealed today. I salute the intelligence community for their important achievements in safeguarding the security of the State of Israel and its citizens and the prime minister. who leads the international community in the campaign against Iran with determination and without fear."

Member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, MK Moti Yogev, called on the international community to regain its composure after the documents were exposed: "The nations of the world, with an emphasis on the European countries, must know and recognize Iran's lies and impose sanctions against it, which will prevent it from focusing its resources on war through peaceful means, for the stability of the region and to world peace."

Former Defense Minister and chairman of the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Amir Peretz, said that "this evening Iran was exposed not only as a serial exporter of terror, but also as an obsessive nuclear developer despite its declarations."

"Israel must act on three main axes: to demand that the international community tighten the monitoring mechanisms and examine the renewal of the sanctions regime, to take all necessary actions to ensure Israel's security superiority and its ability to protect Israeli citizen,s and to deal quickly and thoroughly with all the deficiencies of the Israeli home front," said MK Peretz.
