Many women have misconceptions about their daily hair care routine. More than once, the fears of a result of a certain action are nothing more than a myth. We wanted to help international hair stylist Haim Toledano make things happen, and help us once and for all to understand how to get healthy and glowing hair.

1.Nutrition affects hair health - True. Eating vegetables, dates, grains, eggs, nuts, and fruit keeps your hair healthy. Also, it is very important to drink plenty of water.

2. Water in Israel adversely affects hair - Surprising but true. Water in Israel is considered "hard" water and the quality of hair is certainly affected. The water contains substances such as tartar, which cause the hair to lose its elasticity and make it more difficult to handle. A solution to this problem, which we adopted at the Haim Toledano Center, is to attach filters to the bathroom faucet, thereby reducing the number of harmful substances to which the hair is exposed. Also, you can wash shampoo with essential oils such as rosemary, which help restore the elasticity of hair

3. Cutting hair improves its health - False. Short hair is simply shorter hair, and there is no connection between the length of the hair and its health.

4. Brushing hair contributes to his health - False. It is advisable to brush your hair as little as possible, and you may want to choose your hairbrush carefully. A brush as gentle and wide as possible will help reduce damage.

5. Split ends prevent hair growth - False. Getting rid of the split ends will not help your hair grow faster, says Toledano. However, split ends do not contribute to the healthy appearance of your hair. Do not be lazy, come to the Haim Toledano Center and we will help you to refresh your hair.

The Haim Toledano Center invites you to consult and ask further questions about hair health or any other hair care issue.
