Renana Meir, the daughter of Dafna Meir, was married this evening at a ceremony in Kfar Etzion, south of Jerusalem.
In January of 2016, Renana’s mother, Dafna, a much-loved nurse at Soroka Hospital, was stabbed to death at the entrance to their home in Otniel, near Hevron, by an Arab terrorist. She fought the terrorist, preventing him from entering the house and attacking her children.
The ceremony for Renana and her groom, Ohr Cohen, was performed by the dean of the Mekor Haim Yeshiva in Kfar Etzion, Rabbi Dov Zinger.
In the video, her father Natan is seen accompanying her down the aisle to the chuppah (wedding canopy).
Natan, Dafna's husband, married Zohar Morgenshtein at a ceremony performed in Jerusalem by the rabbi of Otniel, Rabbi Reem Hakohen this past March.
