Dozens from the Neturei Karta Hassidic sect demonstrated today (Sunday) in front of the Israeli Draft Office, over the arrest of a yeshiva student who had refused to comply with his draft to the IDF.
Police arrested three demonstrators who attacked police, as well as a minor who damaged a police vehicle.
Last Thursday also saw a demonstration of dozens of Neturei Karta members in Central Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh over the imprisonment of the yeshiva student, an orphan who is set to be married in three weeks.
During the demonstration, a riot policeman was injured lightly from rocks thrown at him. In response, police arrested eight demonstrators.
