An indictment will be submitted against "Shuvu Banim" leader Rabbi Eliezer Berland on Friday.
Rabbi Berland is suspected of sexually abusing women of his sect.
Earlier, the Lod District Court accepted in its entirety the State's appeal of the court decision to release Rabbi Berland to house arrest.
As a result, Rabbi Berland's arrest has been extended until Saturday.
After reports that policemen involved in the case fear for their lives, Rabbi Berland forbade his hassidim from violent behavior.
"We issue a clear announcement and a strict warning...from our beloved rabbi not to commit acts which violate the Torah," communicated his representative.
