Rains and high winds will continue from the north to the Negev on Tuesday, easing up in the mid-afternoon. 

Flash-flood warnings have been issued for the Dead Sea and Judean Desert areas. 

Temperatures will remain lower than average for the season throughout the week. 

Highs will reach 17°C (62.6°F) in Katzrin; 14°C (57.2°F) in Tzfat (Safed); 20°C (68°F) in the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) area; 17°C (62.6°F) in Haifa; 19°C (66.2°F) in Tel Aviv; 20°C (68°F) in the coastal region; 15°C (59°F) in Ariel; 15°C (59°F) in Jerusalem; 20°C (68°F) in Be'er Sheva; 20°C (68°F) in the Dead Sea area; and 24°C (75.2°F) in Eilat. 

Rain is expected to return overnight Wednesday/Thursday, further keeping temperatures low until the end of the week.
