Rosh Hashanah is fast approaching, but for many of Israel's poorest families the holiday season is just another struggle to provide for their children.

With one third of all children in Israel living under the poverty line, Yad Ezra V'Shulamit is mobilizing to ensure society's most vulnerable are able to celebrate the festival with dignity.

Yad Ezra V'Shulamit's 1,000 volunteers distribute 3,000 food baskets distributed weekly in 30 cities, and are going into overdrive to provide some 15,000 food baskets over Rosh Hashanah.

But they need your help to do so.
