Jerusalem Salad

1 tomato

1 cucumber

1/4 bermuda onion

1 tsp. chopped parsley

viinaigrette sauce


sliced hard boiled egg

1/2 cup cooked or canned and drained chick peas (humus)

1/2 stick bagel or pita type bread

Briefly saute the bread in olive oil

Cut up and mix all vegetables with small amount of vinaigrette

Place the bread at the bottom of a basket lined with a napkin, top with vegetables, 1 tbs tahini, humus, sliced egg

Nice with a sparkling dessert wine.
