4 eggs

1/2 cup white sugar

2 pkg vanilla sugar or two teaspoons of vanilla

1 container of parve whipping cream (Rich, for example)

Melt the chocolate in microwave or on top of double boiler.

Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl
In another bowl, beat vanilla and whipping cream. Mix together and pour in melted chocolate, fold until mixture is uniformly light brown.

Pour into round freezer proof pan and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
