After trying to convince women to vote for Barack Obama with a suggestive "first time" video, the latest pro-Obama advertising efforts feature zombie-like singing children and abusive elders.

In one video, a choir of children sings of the horrors of a future America, as it would look if Republican Mitt Romney wins the election. Such an America would wage "endless wars on foreign shores," they sing sadly, while polar bears die, Big Bird loses his job, and "the place is all dumbed down":

(See lyrics below).

Another ad, reportedly made by leftist director Michael Moore for MoveOn.org, features a group of elderly people using vile language to say what they will do to Mitt Romney and his supporters if Obama loses the election. The ad is supposed to be funny, but alongside the others appears to reflect a complete breakdown of social mores and family values.

Writing in PolicyMic.com, Amy Sterling Casil declares: "I'll watch Lena Dunham's 'first time voting/first time sex' ad for Obama 50 times before I'll re-watch Michael Moore's nauseating effort to keep himself and MoveOn.org relevant. Moore manages to exploit the 80-and-over crowd while offending just about everyone else in one of the worst political ads ever made. I wish I could bleach my eyes and unhear this ad."

The children's choir is reminiscent of an ad that ran in the 2008 campaign, in which another kids' choir sang "Obama's gonna lead'em."

The new children's choir song lyrics are:

Imagine an America / Where strip mines are fun and free

Where gays can be fixed / And sick people just die / And oil fills the sea

We don't have to pay for freeways! / Our schools are good enough

Give us endless wars / On foreign shores / And lots of Chinese stuff

We're the children of the future / American through and through / But something happened to our country / And we're kinda blaming you

We haven't killed all the polar bears / But it's not for lack of trying

The Earth is cracked / Big Bird is sacked / And the atmosphere is frying

Congress went home early / They did their best, we know

You can't cut spending / With elections pending / Unless it's welfare dough

We're the children of the future / American through and through / But something happened to our country / And we're kinda blaming you

Find a park that is still open / And take a breath of poison air

They foreclosed your place / To build a weapon in space / But you can write off your au pair

It's a little awkward to tell you / But you left us holding the bag

When we look around / The place is all dumbed down / And the long term's kind of a drag

We're the children of the future / American through and through / But something happened to our country / And yeah, we're blaming you
