Many of the participants in American broadcaster Glenn Beck’s inspirational “Restoring Courage” rally on Wednesday were impressed with what they saw and heard.

Arutz Sheva brings you some reactions.

“I’m very proud to be here today to see Jews and Christians alike saying very loud and clear: ‘We support the State of Israel, we support the rights of Jews to come and pray here in Jerusalem,’” said MK Danny Danon (Likud).

“There are so many enemies against us, so many people who hate the Jews, so we need to work together with those who love us and with those who believe in the right of the Jews to live here,” he added.

Rally participant Bernie Freeder said that the latest terror attacks show that peace is still far-off.

“We want Israel to know that we support her and we stand by her,” he said. “There are no ulterior motives, simply the fact that both of us – the U.S. and Israel – are based on a Judeo-Christian morality. We will continue to stand together regardless of the pressure from the rest of the world.”

“I think he’s a righteous man,” Marvin Belsky, another participant, said of Beck. “People should listen to him and not distort his views.”
