During a police operation on Route 60 near the Shiloh junction, officers identified a stolen scooter abandoned by the side of the road.
Officers hid in the area, and a PA-marked vehicle was soon seen approaching the area with a suspicious individual getting out of the car in an attempt to start the stolen scooter. Police arrested the suspect, a resident of Shchem (Nablus), taking him in for questioning.
