Police detained three suspects in the Jerusalem suburb of Isawiya who assaulted two plain-clothed police officers and an individual accompanying them in a civilian vehicle.
The suspects were arrested and taken for questioning in the central station of the Jerusalem district police. Police are expected to request an extension of their detention.
Additional arrests are expected in the case.
