An SUV belonging to Hatzolah of Los Angeles was vandalized early on Tuesday, Hatzalah said in a statement.

The vehicle, which was in the Hancock Park area of the city, had its windows smashed shortly before 6 a.m., Hamodia reported.

Security footage of the incident showed two cars stopped in front of the SUV, which is clearly marked as belonging to the emergency medical service organization. It was parked on Orange drive in a heavily Jewish neighborhood.

In the video, a suspect leaves one of the cars and proceeds to smash the front passenger window of the Hatzolah vehicle, the windshield and the rear window.

According to Yeshiva World News, the incident did not appear to be a robbery. Nothing was stolen from the SUV.

Police have opened an investigation.

But it is unclear if the vandalism was a hate crime. There were no antisemitic messages or notes left at the scene.
