  • 5 medium nectarines or peaches
  • 3.5 ounces Tnuva Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 3 tablespoons frozen lemon concentrate
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  • 1 container YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine White Chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons milk

For streusel topping:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tnuva Unsalted Butter, at room temperature

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

2. Prepare the streusel. Combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add the butter and incorporate using a fork until the mixture is the consistency of crumbs.

3. Remove the pits from the nectarines, and slice thinly. To prepare the cake batter, put the butter, oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, lemon concentrate, eggs, vanilla, YOLO and milk in a mixer bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes and then pour into the Bundt pan. Arrange the nectarine slices in a circle on top and cover with the streusel.

4. Bake in the center of the oven for 50 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Cool completely in the pan.
