Yehuda Etzion, a long-time activist on behalf of Jewish rights to the Temple Mount, and three of his fellow visitors were arrested this morning during a tour of the Temple Mount when he bowed down on the floor in prayer. Etzion had been walking peacefully on the southern side of Judaism's holiest site with about 20 others for about an hour, but the police turned on him when he bowed down shortly before he was about to leave. Etzion managed to exchange a few words with Arutz-7 during his arrest until the police confiscated his cellular phone. Jews have been allowed to visit the site since last week, but are not allowed to pray.

On the other hand, an Arab youth pushed one of the Jewish visitors, who did not require medical attention. The attacker escaped from police, who continue to pursue him.
