During an interview with Newsmax, Former Harvard Law School professor, Alan Dershowitz, said there's "zero chance of President Trump being indicted."

Dershowitz contends the President will not pardon himself because he "hasn't done anything wrong," adding that while Trump "has been targeted [due to his political ambitions]," he will not see litigation against himself since jailing deposed presidents is "what Banana republics do."

Dershowitz also expressed his hopes of having a peaceful transition and the President attending Biden's inauguration ceremony.
