Users around the world are reporting technical difficulties in the "WhatsApp" instant messaging app, including problems in sending and receiving messages through the app.
"At first I could not connect to WhatsApp through the computer," said one of the users. "Later, I was also unable to send messages from my mobile phone. The messages that arrive are received late."
Last January, mobile phone users from around the world reported difficulties using the WhatsApp messaging app. The glitch did not prevent the sending and receiving of "standard" text messages, but made it difficult to send and transfer files.
