Several cars from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's convoy crashed when a protester ran in front of the convoy as it left Parliament on Wednesday, Sky News reported.

The convoy's lead car stopped to avoid striking the protester and was struck from behind by the next car in the convoy.

The collision caused a dent in Prime Minister Johnson's car.

Police detained the protester, who was demonstrating against Turkish military actions against Kurdish forces in Syria.

The convoy continued on to Downing St. following the incident. A spokesperson for the Prime Minister said that there were no injuries reported.
