Yesha Council chairman David Elhayani spoke at the Yamina faction meeting Monday to present the council's concerns over the current outline for the application of sovere9ignty in Judea and Samaria.

"We presented to the Yamina faction the map of the Americans that outlines the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state on 70% of Judea and Samaria and told them that we were not prepared for it. If the price of applying sovereignty is the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state, it is a plan that basically talks about evacuating communities - because no one wants to live in enclaves or isolated localities,” said Elhayani.

"We told them that supporting Trump's outline is disastrous and we can't give it a hand. The Trump outline leads to a Palestinian state and there is no logic in supporting it. Most Likud members also understand the problem," he said,
