MK Miki Zohar, head of the Likud party, on Monday warned coalition members that an MK who does not attend a vote will be punished.

"An MK who does not attend crucial votes will not be supported by the coalition when he needs it," Zohar warned at a meeting of the coalition heads.

"Anyone who does not pull his share of the burden should not come afterwards complaining about why we're not helping him with those things which are important to him.

"All inquiries from MKs should be coordinated with Eitan Ginzburg, who chairs the Blue and White party, or with me, so that we can work together in cooperation," he added.
