Jay Shapiro is concerned about the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe and the US and wonders why the various governments are no longer stepping up the hard hand against hate crimes.

He says that in the face of serious concern that anti-Semitic activists would intensify their attempts to harm Jews, it is noticeable that it is precisely among Christian communities that support for Jews in general and the State of Israel in particular is increasing.
