Emunah Mevorach, a resident of Samaria who was saved from the attempted terrorist attack that took place at noon on Wednesday near the headquarters of the Samaria Regional Brigade, recounted the incident and criticized Prime Minister Netanyahu for eroding security deterrence.

"I was standing at a hitchhiking station at Training Base 3, I and two other people. A Palestinian vehicle arrived that tried to enter between the pillars at the station. We were in shock. We did not understand what was happening. We ran behind the concrete block. The soldiers reacted very quickly, neutralizing the terrorist and, thank G-d, we were really saved by a miracle,” she said.

She thanked the soldiers who stood at the hitchhiking station for their swift response and for neutralizing the terrorist. "I would like to say thank you very much to the soldiers who stood with me at the hitchhiking station. With G-d’s help, it is in their merit that I am still alive, healthy and whole, and that everything is fine."

Mevorach, 23, criticized Prime Minister Netanyahu, who met this morning with local authority heads in Judea and Samaria instead of focusing on eradicating Arab terrorism and developing settlements. "I heard that the prime minister met today with the heads of the Judea and Samaria authorities and took pictures with them. Everyone behaves like everything is fine, as if nothing is happening here, and the prime minister, who is also our defense minister who is supposed to take care of our security here, is not taking care of it.”

''It is not happening in practice, and we live here without security and without the most basic feeling that a person who lives here should feel - the feeling that I am protected."
