Attackers threw stones at five cars near the Jewish city of Beitar Illit in Judea Tuesday night.
Two people were lightly injured in the attack and were treated at the scene by United Hatzalah paramedics.
Security forces are searching for the perpetrators.
The attack comes as Israelis mark Memorial Day for fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism, Yom Hazikaron.
