Sarah Netanyahu, wife of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, on Sunday visited the community of Har Bracha in Samaria and paid a condolence visit to the family of Rabbi Itamar Ben Gal, who was murdered last week in a stabbing attack at the Ariel junction.

Earlier, the prime minister's wife visited Havat Gilad, and met Yael Shevach, the widow of Rabbi Raziel Shevach, who was murdered a month ago in a shooting attack in Samaria.

During her visit to Har Bracha, Netanyahu told Miriam Ben Gal, widow of Rabbi Itamar, of her visit with Yael Shevach and added, “The picture of the two of you from the press was etched in my memory.”

"You really touched me. I respect you and your strengths. The reality that has been created for you, the mother of four small children ... is really inconceivable," continued Netanyahu.

"We are facing a very cruel enemy, and now we are beginning to see it all over the world. The same terror that is hitting Berlin is the one that took your husband. Now your battle will be a daily one, but he will always be with you.”

The widow then told the prime minister's wife, "We really admire the prime minister and everything he does for the Land of Israel, and we think that the Zionist answer to this is to multiply the community here. We can start by multiplying, and then with G-d's help become a city.”

"Our grip on this land is critical," Miriam emphasized to Netanyahu. "We trust you that in this case, as well, you will help us to provide the real answer, which is the expansion and construction of Har Bracha."

The members of the Ben Gal family strengthened the prime minister's wife in the face of the media offensive against her and her husband and told her, "All this slander against you, it does not represent anyone. Be strong, the prime minister is doing important work and is protecting the Jewish people."

Netanyahu responded, "This is what gives me strength to withstand this slander, the fact that we believe in his mission, that he protects us, everyone, the entire people of Israel.”

The prime minister's wife concluded her visit to Samaria by saying, "One cannot help but admire the place and the landscapes, the people, the unity and the friendship here. The entire people of Israel supports you. We are with you.”
