Three were declared dead and two others critically wounded after a shooting Wednesday morning at a business park in Edgewood, Maryland.
Police identified the shooter as 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince. They said Price opened fire with a handgun on employees of a granite supplier store in the area. The shooter, they said, was also associated with the business, although it was not immediately clear how.
“This does appear to be a targeted attack on that business,” Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said at a press conference.
According to police, Prince fled the scene after the shooting, and authorities are still attempting to locate him.
Gahler said that Prince has a “criminal history” and is “armed and dangerous.”
According to the New York Post, Police did not give a motive for the shooting, but officials said that the incident was being treated as a case of workplace violence and not terrorism.
