When the first bursts of fire were heard in Las Vegas, a local taxi driver began filming the incident from her cab.

The driver was at the entrance to the Mandalay Bay resort when she heard the first shots being fired. As the shots continued over the next several minutes, she wondered aloud why bystanders did not seem to be evacuating the building and why security personal seemed slow to respond.

Later in the video, crowds can be seen fleeing the scene of the country music concert where the shooting took place. A frantic and blood-soaked couple entered the cab, claiming that one of them had a broken leg.

"There's so many dead people," the woman can be heard saying. The couple begged to be taken as far away from the scene of the shooting as possible.

The video was uploaded to Youtube, Arutz Sheva cannot share it due to the many instances of foul language in the video.

At least 59 people were killed and over 500 were wounded in the worst mass shooting in US history.

The FBI is currently searching for Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of the shooter, Stephen Paddock. Danley had left the US several weeks prior to the shooting.

The FBI hopes that Danley can provide information on the motive for the shooting, which remains unclear. However, Danley cannot be forced to return to the US as there is currently no intention to charge her with a crime.
