Economy and Industry Minister Eli Cohen lashed into the High Court ruling on infiltrators. "It's a punch in the stomach for South Tel Aviv residents," the minister said in an interview with Arutz Sheva.

According to Cohen, people who are in danger and are defined as refugees must be taken in, but all "economic migrants" must be repelled.

He added that legislation should be implemented to solve the problem created by the High Court of Justice.

"Those powerless people... I wonder if the High Court judges would have decided the same thing if their grandchildren were living in those areas," Minister Cohen said.
