During the night, Arabs hurled stones at the light rail train on the Shuafat route. A stone hit the train and caused damage to the train door but there were no casualties.

In addition, a number of firebombs were thrown at a security vehicle in Silwan, adjacent to Jerusalem's Old City. Police said there were no casualties in the incident, but the firebombs caused a brush fire that spread, causing a fire in a garage.

As a result of the fire, a number of vehicles were damaged. Fire extinguishing forces were called in. Meanwhile, police and Border Police forces launched an operation to locate the suspects.

A police and Border Police force carried out targeted arrests of rioters in the Shuafat refugee camp.
The force located and arrested three Arab suspects who were already under arrest warrants.

As the force exited, stones were thrown at it by dozens of Arabs. There were no casualties among Israeli forces, but damage was caused to police vehicles. Police officers dispersed the rioters using riot-control methods.
