The family of MIA Oron Shaul Hy”d erect a protest tent outside the Prime Minister’s Residence in Jerusalem Sunday, to press home its demand that no deal be signed with Turkey unless their son is returned to them from Gaza.

Shaul is presumed to have been killed in action but his remains are in Hamas’s hands. The same is true of Lt. Hadar Goldin Hy”d.

“Oron has been held by Hamas for two years,” Oron’s uncle, Yigal Namimi, told Arutz Sheva. “We were given promises, we were sure that the government is doing all it can and we still hope that it is. But this is the moment of truth. It is unacceptable that when the Prime Minister is about to benefit Hamas through that agreement with Turkey, our sons will be forgotten.”

“We want Hadar and Oron back,” he pleaded. “Please bring the sons home. This is a very difficult moment for the family. We are sad and pained throughout these two years. My sister and brother-in-law are in a bad state. We ask the nation of Israel to come to us in multitudes and support us. We are a family in pain, and we ask the Nation of Israel to support us.”

The deal to be signed with Turkey will normalize relations after a six-year crisis. It will include permission for Turkey to supply Hamas with humanitarian aid through the Ashdod port.
