The ISIS terrorist group regularly produces slick propaganda videos glorifying its so-called Islamic State or Caliphate, often featuring battle scenes portraying their fighters as courageous and near-invincible.

The reality, however, is rather different, as revealed by recently-discovered raw footage taken from an ISIS jihadist killed fighting Kurdish forces in northern Iraq.

In the unedited video, taken during a battle in March north of Mosul via a go-pro camera, ISIS terrorists appear in disarray, in many cases exhibiting a lack of basic training.

One jihadist named Abu Hajjar draws the ire of his comrades repeatedly, firing too low inside their armored vehicle and showering his fellow jihadists with painful bullet cases.

In several instances, the fighters seem unable to locate the right weapons; in other frames, they are seen using makeshift bombs with fuses.

In one instance, a jihadist is quickly reminded to take the safety cap off the RPG he is aiming at Kurdish Peshmerga forces.

The battle ends in notably inglorious fashion, too: outgunned and outfought, their armored vehicle disabled by a Kurdish rocket, the ISIS fighters beat a hasty retreat, rolling on the ground in a vain attempt to escape incoming fire.

The video comes as ISIS faces increasing pressure on the battlefield, with Kurdish forces advancing in northern Syria and Iraq, and US-led coalition forces hitting arms depots and other important logistical sites, gradually depleting the terrorist group's capabilities.
