Arutz Sheva sat down with Lori Palatnik, the founding director of the Jewish Women's Renaissance Project (JWRP), at the Conference of European Rabbi's Standing Committee in Athens last week.

Palatnik gave a brief history of the organization, which was founded in 2008 by eight women in the Washington DC area with the goal of "chang[ing] the world through Jewish women."

JWRP's flagship project, "Momentum," is an "eight-day transformational experience in Israel," Palatnik described. Hundreds of women have participated so far.

Now partnering with Israel's Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, JFRP plans to bring 6,000 women from 20 different countries to the Jewish state in the next two years.

"These are women that without this trip...could fall of the Jewish map. This is bringing them and their kids back into the Jewish community," Palatnik explained.

"If you inspire the Jewish mother, you will inspire the whole family."
