Two weeks ago I traveled with a group of my students in Jerusalem to Poland. It was my fourth trip, and their first.

I think everyone should go to see the camps at least once in their lifetime, for we are the next generation of witnesses, considering survivors are leaving this world at a fast pace.

I asked the girls, "What is the most important thing parents can give their children?" Their responses form the basis of the first part of the show, and my response may surprise you.

In the second half, I share about how later this month, 800,000 Israelis are expected to be involved in over 10,000 acts of kindness.

What's going on? How did this effort begin? Who'se behind it? How can you participate? Then we hear about an Arab Israeli doing national service at Hadassah hospital, and he is just part of a growing trend of Arabs giving service to the country by volunteering and strengthening Jewish organizations and communities.

We close the show with an amazing derech eretz story of a great sage and leader, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach.
